You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
3. Use of the service
- You agree not to publish unlawful, misleading content or content infringing third-party rights.
- Tastellers reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms.
- Profiles are subject to validation before becoming visible to establishments.
4. Intellectual property
All platform elements (brand, logo, design, code) remain the exclusive property of Tastellers. Content you publish remains yours, but you grant Tastellers a licence to use it for the purposes of the service.
5. Liability
Tastellers acts as an intermediary and guarantees neither hiring nor any specific outcome. The platform is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
6. Changes to the terms
Tastellers may amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
